Delete your account and your data

Applies to Kyno Devs apps: Trama, Bazas, Truco Uruguayo and Sazón.

From the app (the fastest way)

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to your Profile (or Settings).
3. Tap “Delete account” and confirm.

Your account and all your data are deleted permanently and immediately. This action cannot be undone.

Without the app or by other means

Email us at contact@kynodevs.com from your account’s email, with the subject “Delete account — [app name]”. We process the deletion within a reasonable time and confirm it to you.

What gets deleted

• Your account: email, profile name, avatar, demographic data (country, birth year).
• Your progress: streaks, stats, scores, medals, ranking positions.
• Your groups and memberships, and the tables/games (in Bazas and Truco Uruguayo).
• Your session tokens.

Voice audio (Bazas / Truco Uruguayo) is not stored — it’s ephemeral, relayed live and discarded, so there’s nothing to delete.

Some data may be retained only for the minimum time required by law (see each app’s Privacy Policy: Trama · Bazas).

Data stored locally on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data from the system settings.
