Acceptance and capacity

By using the Services you represent that you have the legal capacity to be bound by these Terms and that the information you provide to us is accurate. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. These Terms form an agreement between you and Kynodevs; we reserve the right to update them as set out below.

Minimum age and minors

The Services are intended for people who are at least 13 years old. If you reside in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the minimum age may be up to 16 depending on the local law of your country. Minors below the age of majority in their jurisdiction may only use the Services under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf and is responsible for their use. We do not knowingly collect data from children below the minimum age; if you believe a child provided us with data without proper authorization, contact us so we can delete it.

License to use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Kynodevs grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer or otherwise exploit the Services or their content, except where expressly authorized. Intellectual property

The Services and their code, design, graphics, text, trademarks, logos and other content are owned by Kynodevs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers to you any ownership rights over the Services. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved to Kynodevs and its licensors.

User conduct and prohibited content

You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully. Among other conduct, it is prohibited to: harass, threaten, intimidate or defame others; post or transmit hateful, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit, illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights; cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or interfere with the operation of the game; impersonate others; harvest other users' data; or spread spam, malware or malicious links. These rules also apply to voice chat and any player-to-player communication feature: harassment, hate speech and any illegal or abusive behavior are not tolerated.

Kynodevs may moderate, filter, edit or remove content, and may warn, suspend or block accounts temporarily or permanently when it detects breaches of these Terms, with or without prior notice. You can report abuse, misconduct or inappropriate content by writing to us at abuso@kynodevs.com.

Not real-money gambling

Bazas and the other Kynodevs games are entertainment products. They are not gambling or real-money betting: you do not bet, deposit or win real money or cash prizes. Any chips, coins, points or other virtual items that appear inside the game have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or sold outside the game. The use of these virtual items is governed by these Terms and does not create any right to a refund unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Third-party advertising

The Services may display third-party advertising, including networks such as Google AdMob and Google AdSense. Those providers may use cookies and identifiers to serve ads and measure their performance, in accordance with their own policies. Kynodevs is not responsible for the products, services or sites advertised by third parties. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. We do not warrant that the Services will be free of faults, interruptions or vulnerabilities. You use the Services at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kynodevs and its officers, employees and collaborators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, nor for lost profits, loss of data or opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection rules.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kynodevs from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of third-party rights or the law.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Services or in applicable law. We will post the revised version on this page with a new last-updated date. Continued use of the Services after publication means you accept the amended Terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other venue. The foregoing applies without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply to you based on your country of residence, including those of the European Union or the United States, which will prevail where required by law.
